How to Monitor Employees at Work for Better Productivity

Of course, you appoint only the adults on your staff. And agreed that most of these employees are matured people on the wrong side of twenty or above but still you need to monitor your staff just the way the young scholars from schools and colleges need to be watched over. You got to do it even if once in a while and not in a really stringent manner.

But you need to handle this monitoring part in slightly different manner. Now you cannot hover around them like an invigilator watching over the examinees to curb cheating! Nor it will make any sense to keep questioning your employees all the time; after all they are respectable people and not any fugitives in your custody, are they?
